Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how JAM-IT INC. ("Jam-It", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use the I'm with Emily mobile app and related services (the "Service"). The Service is only for adults 18 and older.
Who we are. JAM-IT INC., 101-603, 172-13 Junggye-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul 01724, Republic of Korea. Contact: jmlee@jam-it.co.kr.
1. Information we collect
- Sign-in information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a unique account identifier from that provider. We do not receive your password and we do not store your email address from sign-in.
- Waitlist. If you join our waitlist on our website, we collect the email address you enter, whether you also want perks and news, and where you came from (for example, Instagram). See Waitlist.
- Profile. Your nickname, birth year (to confirm you are 18 or older), gender, and the profile picture you choose.
- Content you post. Photos you upload and the details you add to them (title, categories, season, number of people), and reports you submit.
- Activity. Photos you view, save, bookmark or rate, and your coin balance and history.
- Purchases. When you buy coins through Google Play or the App Store, we receive the order identifier, the product and the purchase status. Your payment card details are handled by Google or Apple; we never receive them.
- Device and technical information. App version, operating system, device type, IP address and server logs; a push notification token if you allow notifications; and crash and error reports (device information and the state of the app at the time of the error).
- Support. Anything you send us when you contact us.
The Service does not collect your precise location, your contacts or your phone number.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: your account, the shared album, saving photos and coins.
- To confirm that you are 18 or older.
- To keep the Service safe: reviewing reports, removing content that breaks our Terms, and preventing fraud and abuse.
- To process purchases and refunds.
- To fix bugs and improve the Service.
- To send service notices, and other messages only if you choose to receive them.
- To comply with the law.
We may use automated tools from our service providers, including AI models, to organize photos (for example, to suggest a category) and to help screen content for safety.
Optional: personalized recommendations
If you turn this on at sign-up or later in the app, we use your activity in the Service (for example, the kinds of photos you save) to recommend perks and photos that fit you. You can turn it off at any time in the app; the Service works the same without it.
Optional: marketing messages
If you turn this on, we may send you in-app or push messages about free coins and other perks. You can turn it off at any time in the app.
Waitlist
We use your waitlist email only to tell you when the app launches and to send your launch perk (for example, a code for free coins). If you also chose "perks and news", we may email you about promotions. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We delete waitlist emails 30 days after we send the launch email, or right away when you unsubscribe. The waitlist is separate from your app account.
3. How information is shared
- Other users. Your nickname, profile picture and the photos and details you post are visible to other users of the Service, and other users can save photos you post for their personal use through the Service.
- Service providers that process information for us under contract:

- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — crash and error reports.
- NAVER Cloud Corp. — encrypted database backup copies (Republic of Korea).
- Google and Apple process your sign-in and purchases under their own privacy policies.
- Legal reasons. When required by law or a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, Jam-It or others.
- Business transfers. If Jam-It is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that deal.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. International transfers
Jam-It is based in the Republic of Korea and our servers are in Seoul. If you use the Service from the United States or elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in Korea, and in other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). We protect it as described in this policy wherever it is processed.

- You can see and edit your profile in the app, change notification settings, delete your photos, and delete your account (MY → Delete Account, or see how to delete your account).
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing jmlee@jam-it.co.kr. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
- California and other U.S. state residents may have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of. You can use your rights with the email above; an authorized agent may also contact us on your behalf.
We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
7. Age requirement
The Service is only for people 18 and older, and we ask for your birth year at sign-up. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we will delete it.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and other safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify you in the app at least 7 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
