Delete your I'm with Emily account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open I'm with Emily and go to MY.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email jmlee@jam-it.co.kr with the subject "Delete my account" and your nickname. Because we don't store your email address, we may ask you to confirm the request from inside the app or with details only the account owner would know. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (nickname, birth year, gender, profile picture) and your link to your Google or Apple sign-in.
• The photos you posted are removed from the Service. Copies other members already saved are not affected.
• Your coins. Coins are not refunded when you delete your account, except where the law or the store's refund policy requires.

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase records: up to 5 years, as required by Korean e-commerce law.
• Records needed to handle disputes or prevent abuse: up to 1 year.
• Server access logs: up to 3 months.
